Beach practice is on Sunday or Monday Evenings at 6PM depending on your assigned day. If you have not been assigned a day please contact C4 and tell us what day works best for you. Once you pick a day that is your schedule and you cannot float back and forth between days. If there is inclement weather on your practice day we will communicate your makeup day on our Facebook page, TeamApp, and on this site.
